PAC Audio makes it possible for Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiasts to easily integrate an aftermarket radio into their ride with the HDK001X Radio Replacement Interface for 1998 to 2013 Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. The complete solution kit is designed for select Harley FL models with factory fairings. Among other features, it includes a preprogrammed interface that retains the factory handlebar audio controls.

Details
- Compatible with select 1998-2013 Harley-Davidson motorcycles with factory fairings
- Aftermarket radio must be equipped with a wired remote input (3.5 mm headphone style jack or Blue/Yellow wire) in order to be compatible (ex. a port or wire on the back of the radio labeled W/R, REM, Wired Remote, Remote, Rem Cont etc.)
- Retains handlebar audio controls; does not retain rear speakers; pre-programmed radio-specific handlebar functions
- Simplified prewired installation harness eliminates need to cut any of the bike's wires
- Not compatible with any Sony XAV series head unit
- Not compatible with Alpine models UTE-73BT, CDE-172BT, CDE-173BT, and CDE175BT
- Not compatible with KENWOOD models KDC-X598, KDC-BT318U, KDCBT-758-HD, KDCBT-558U, and KDC-X798
- Clarion model CZ500 does not support remote Bluetooth controls
- JVC model numbers KW-NT1 and KW-NT3HDT do not support Presets Up and Down from steering wheel controls
- Pioneer AVIC-Fxxx radios do not interpret radio preset seeking commands; this is a limitation of the radio not the SWI-RCT; Pioneer radios with Bluetooth feature, the steering wheel controls will not adjust the phone call volume; phone call volume must be adjusted on the face of the radio
- Only the AVIC-Z110BT, Z120BT, Z130BT, and Z140BH and the AVIC-X920BT, X930BT, and X940BT will support the Voice Recognition function via wired remote input
- Includes dash kit with optional foul weather and UV cover and step-by-step instruction manual
