The GoFit Chin-up Bar is the ideal addition to your at-home training program. Use it for chin-ups as well as a foot anchor for sit-ups, push-ups, and crunches. The heavy-duty chin-up bar will adjust to fit most standard width (28 in. to 36 in.) interior door frames. Before using, always make sure the brackets are properly mounted and the bar is securely adjusted to fit the mounting brackets.
