The Veggie Wedgie Slicer from gia’sKitchen makes 6 wedged sections without the need for a knife or cutting board! This kitchen tool makes it simple to slice foods into wedges—just watch the food size because smaller-diameter foods fit the best. The slicer comes with built-in stainless steel blades that are tucked away to keep hands safe. The angled blades reduce the amount of pressure needed to push the vegetable through the cylinder. You can easily section boiled eggs, tomatoes, kiwis, and more—the list goes on with foods you can slice with this veggie wedgie. It has a soft-touch grip and the size makes it easy to hold, but it does require 2 hands to use as well as some hand-eye coordination. Kids will love using it and fixing their own healthy snack because they can have fun and be safe at the same time when cutting carrots, cucumbers, eggs, and fruits like strawberries.
