The Escali Digital Candy and Deep Fry Thermometer is an extremely useful tool for those who enjoy making candy or deep frying foods. This digital thermometer comes with preset temperatures for the most common candy-making and deep-frying temperatures and the extra-long 8.27-in. probe design keeps your hands far away from hot deep-frying oil and molten candy.
