The Bushnell LPX650 is a pair of 2-watt FRS walkie talkies with up to 42 miles of range in open areas. Featuring 70 available channels plus 121 privacy codes, these FRS walkie talkies are designed to work with other 2-way radios. The Bushnell LPX650 is also designed for extreme outdoor activities. It floats when falling into the water and automatically turns on its built-in LED flashlight. Dedicated power-saving circuitry extends battery life when not transmitting or receiving, while the monitor function maximizes reception of weak signals. With weather alerts, you can be prepared for storms and emergencies. Voice-activated (VOX) transmission frees hands for other tasks. 15 selectable tones will distinguish between different parties for incoming calls. Other features include roger beep tone, auto squelch, orange backlit LCD display, keylock, keystroke tone signal, and scan feature.
